Who are we?

We are a growing company of ordinary people who have personally experienced the reality of God’s mercy and love in our lives. We are learning to live extraordinary lives because we have been deeply affected by His amazing grace. We believe that God is not only real but that He loves people and wants to have a relationship with them. Our passion is for the manifest presence of God in our midst – to see His Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Church is so much more than just a Sunday service – it is about:

  • Knowing God
  • Living for Him 24/7 – at work, at home…wherever!
  • Building meaningful friendships
  • Experiencing the power and love of God
  • Taking the love of God into our community to see lives transformed by His amazing grace
  • Caring for all people
  • Having a hope and lots more…

  • More recent update:
When we were led by God to Bromley, we felt God saying to us He wants us to do something 'different' here. To this we were absolutely open...but perplexed. 'What Lord?'
*Interestingly we couldn't find a venue to meet in on Sunday mornings...so eventually, in desperation, we settled on a venue for SATURDAY NIGHT MEETINGS. Different!
*Because we meet on a Saturday night we are privileged to have a number of folks who fellowship with us consistently, but who have a primary commitment with another group on Sundays. Different!
*We 'share' these folk. We don't have a membership, and have no desire or intention to try to get them to 'join us' or to leave 'the other place'. Different!
*I readily acknowledge that I'm in reaction to what I perceive to be the abuse of the scriptures and of the saints by the 'prosperity cult' that finds it's expression in many modern churches. Gerrie and I have worked very hard to be as financially independent of church financial support as possible. Different!
*Because we believe passionately in the privilege and necessity of meaningful fellowship, we meet every Saturday from 18:30 till 19:15 eating, drinking, chatting, and building friendship before we 'change gear' and move into a time of worship and prayer etc. Different!
    * Recognising the power and beauty of the 'Communion Meal' we celebrate the 'Table of the Lord' every Saturday night. Different!
*Our meetings are uncomplicated, un-slick, participatory, spontaneous, Holy Spirit saturated. Delightful. Different!
